Service Description
When you book Your ZOOM meeting link will be sent via the text to the phone number you provided A $50 Deposit is required to secure your session and this payment link will be sent in the same text Full Payment is required 24hrs prior to your session. An invoice for deposit and balance with secure payment will be sent within a day of making your booking Pls note 24 Hrs required to change or cancel appointment For Your Session 1. ensure you are familiar with Zoom 2. Ensure you are not disturbed (consider placing a "Donot disturb' sign on your door 3. If at home, ensure noone else is downloading data during our session 4. Be in a comfortable Chair 5. Have water with you 6. Use a device that is hands free so that I can see your face
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation required: All appointments must be confirmed by reply to sms. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled Cancellations: Please provide at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancelations may incur a $50 late cancelation fee. We understand that things can happen from time to time, but also appreciate notice with appointment changes. Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be deemed as cancelled and the session will not go ahead Right to refuse service: The Gold Coast Stop Smoking Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment if confirmation, punctuality or respectful communication requirements are not met.
