When a booking has been made, I allocate the 2 hr appointment specifically for you. If this appointment is cancelled at the last minute or the client doesn’t show up, it prevents me from booking someone into that time . This affects not only the daily operations but also other people in the community who are ready to stop smoking and may have gladly taken the appointment. In the event of a no-show, or if the client has failed to cancel or rebook with a minimum of 24 hours notice, a $50 fee is charged.
