If a Client completes a session with a Hypnotherapist, refunds are not possible irrespective of the outcome of the sessions.

A second session is offered at no additional charge to anyone that struggles or picks up a cigarette in the first 3 months. This is up to the client to book and Ann-Marie advises all clients this in the first session

The Gold Coast Stop Smoking Clinic often books out 1-3 weeks in advance and therefore has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

When a booking has been made, I allocate the 2 hr appointment specifically for you. If this appointment is cancelled at the last minute or the client doesn’t show up, it prevents me from booking someone into that time .

This affects not only the daily operations but also other people in the community who are ready to stop smoking and may have gladly taken the appointment.

In the event of a no-show, or if the client has failed to cancel or rebook with a minimum of 24 hours notice, a $50 fee is charged.
